Service: beneficial sample collection offer for our customers

At Primoris we want to support our customers from the first step in the analytical process with a fast and efficient sample collection.

Primoris has a collaboration with the door to door transport company TNT to enable our customers to deliver samples at our lab in Zwijnaarde (BE) at attractive pricing conditions. This service is available for all our customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

We have also set up some important guidelines for our customers regarding the packaging of the samples themselves (recommended weight, best packaging material, …)

Two golden tips:

• In order to ensure a good reception of your sample, please add an analysis request form to your shipment or register you sample in our extranet database. This way our colleagues of sample registration have all the information they need to start the analysis.
• If the samples need to be analyzed in 8 hours, we ask you to stick this label clearly on the outside of the box and inform our customer care team by email.
